Latécoère commissioned me to create the logo of their new internal challenge that aims to push their employees to find new ways to improve their workflow. The name « All Pioneers Challenge »  refers to the pioneers of aviation which are deeply rooted in Latécoère history. The challenge is built around 5 axes which are the structural KPI’s of the group: people, cash, cost, customer and innovation. The logo was created following this idea of five elements working together to create a new solid one.
